- To accomplish the highest standards in clinical excellence, academics and research in emergency medicine allied disiciplines
- To improve standard of emergency and acute care medicine in India and other LMIC. We wish to close the care gaps by addressing the research needs as well as promoting and supporting its uses by medical and allied health professionals
- To bring out monographs, practice guidelines, technical series report and other learning resource materials in emergency medicine that aims at upgrading the knowledge and skills of emergency physicians and allied specialists
- To promote and develop collaborative research, networking, practice guidelines, course curriculum, education and evaluation technologies in medical sciences
- To train members in various sub specialties of emergency medicine and to encourage research to formulate local standard guidelines to guide fellow members and award certificates
- To recognize and honor members of the Society who have shown dedication and leadership in the practice of emergency medicine
- To implement and carry out all the educational activities including fellowship and diploma
- To confer Fellowships of the College based on the the principles and procedures laid down
- To promote a forum for the development of collaborative practice amongst the specialties and professions providing emergency medicine

- To provide scholarships sponsor training programs and collaborate with other special organization in the matters of research and study
- To promote exchange of views and experience among the specialties in the emergency medicine
- To seek affiliation or be associated on reciprocal basis with national and international colleges, associations or similar bodies to achieve the objectives of the college
- To seek and secure cooperation and coordination with other biomedical,scientific, and academic institutions, societies and associations in private and government sectors in India and abroad.
- To establish institutions, research and training centers in the field of emergency medicine and subspecialty
- To organize continuing Medical Education Programs throughout the year in every nook and corner of this region. We wish to educate and improvise Emergency care acorss the Health care facilities.
